Return Eligibility

At PixelInk, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a return if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a custom or personalized product.

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer service team at support@pixelink.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will respond with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Special Cases

We understand that sometimes issues arise. In the case of:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions to the Policy

We regret to inform you that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products that have been tailored to your specifications.
  • Digital downloads and services once accessed or used.
